Dedicated onboarding session with the Neni team.

Full HR and Recruitment Agent for businesses. Automatic resume intake from Gmail and job portals. Every resume scored 0–100 against your JD. AI makes outbound voice screening calls — full transcript and score delivered to your dashboard. Auto-schedules interviews. WhatsApp and SMS candidate confirmation via Twilio. Custom contracts available for 10+ seats or enterprise deployments.

Payment methods

All payments processed securely via Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Neni does not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Invoices sent by email after each billing cycle.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. Your billing date is set on the day you start your paid plan. You receive a payment reminder 3 days before each renewal.

Free trial

7 days free on Solo, Family, and Elite plans. No card required to start. At the end of the trial, your plan reverts to Free automatically unless you choose to subscribe. One free trial per person per plan.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Account Settings — no questions asked. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Refunds

Monthly plans: no refunds for the current billing period. Billing errors during trial: contact admin@heyneni.com within 7 days for a full refund. Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) are always protected.

Plan changes

Upgrade or downgrade any time from Account Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We give 30 days’ notice before any price increase.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires no card ever. Paid plan trials also start without a card — you only add payment details if you choose to continue after the 7-day trial.

What happens after my free trial?

Your account automatically moves to the Free plan. None of your data is deleted. You can upgrade at any time.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. No hidden time limits. No sudden paywalls. The Free plan exists so you can experience real value before deciding to pay.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Account Settings. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Can family members have different plans?

No — the Family plan covers up to 5 profiles under one subscription. All members share the same plan tier.

What currency is pricing in?

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). For users in UAE or other markets, equivalent pricing in local currency will be shown at checkout.

Is there an annual plan?

I run a business — is there a custom plan?

Yes. Contact admin@heyneni.com with your team size and requirements. Custom contracts for 10+ seats, white-label deployments, and enterprise integrations.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. No fees, no questions.
